As my last show on-air here at KUSF wraps up, I just wanted to say thank you for the past few years. One of the reasons I felt connected to the city when I transferred here was part of getting involved in the station and having a base to operate out of. There was always something happening around campus - a basement show, a zine to work on, people to collaborate with, music to share, and lots of self-discovery to be had.
That being said, this last show I have been working on particularly hard. I wanted to get the songs right, the segments perfect, and have everything fall into place so that I could look back and have my time here wrapped up in a satisfying bow.
This show I was able to have 1/2 of DAUPE also in the studio with me. I hope that the talking segments and commentary was enjoyable. Looking back I think I had the most fun when there was someone else in the studio with me to bounce ideas off of.
I ended my show, and my radio career, with this song in hopes that in the archives, deep in the internet one day I will be able to come back to this page and remember the things that I did and said and the music that I loved.
